I too would value the name at $0. There is a reason nobody had already registered it yet. Hand registered domains are mostly worthless unless you have a lot of foresight and you sit on them for a while (and even then it's pure speculation). Cloud computing as a concept has been around for a while (hence why all the good cloud domains are taken).
All of the valuable .com's have already been registered. You can acquire them on the aftermarket or as they expire and drop.
I would not mess around with very many other extensions either. However, one extension that may be worth investing in is .in. Being from India, you have first-hand perspective on the type of domains Indian companies might want to buy. You may not get top-dollar today, but India is well worth investing into. Again, you will have trouble finding decent domains to hand register, so your best bet would be to buy them on the aftermarket. Look for generic domains that you could see businesses wanting to use.
Just don't make the same mistake that many people before you have made. Some think that they can hand-register hundreds (sometimes thousands !?!) of worthless domains with dreams of making it big. Do your research before you invest any type of serious cash into domains. I kept my initial investment very low until I made my first big sale (at which point I was able to invest more heavily without having to invest any of my personal money).

Plus you are talking about a word prone to two different spellings - Computerisation vs Computerization.
But, neither in this case would be a high traffic name.
Thanks all for the comments and suggestions. Really appreciate those.
Agreed, not even worth a reg fee. Sorry.
Got an offer for the domain through email. The guy is ready to pay mid $xxx for this name. But honestly speaking, I would like to keep this one with me for another year or two.
Suggestions please (I can already smell "sell and run....", "that's a jackpot....." coming my way).
You can sit on it a few years and never get another or a higher offer.
Unless you are prepared to develop and market, selling may be the best at this point.
Honestly, the variations of spelling is a killer to the marketability. I have had names like kilometer vs kilometre, theater vs theatre. This name is one of those interchangable "s" vs "z" problems, like organization or organisation.
