Nice single word domain, although it's not exactly a "business.com." I think the potential market for this one will take some time to find. Not really sure on the value because I can't really see what the domain would be used for. At least $xxx just based on the number of results that came up in Google...

well..most of the time the word restrictors is combined with another word, like you say yourself, such as flowrestrictors, doorestrictors, speedrestrictors, etc..but its a nice one-word domain, traffic is probably not significant, but still..value is anywhere in the $xxx
