extremecommissions.com --this was my first one...
I know these websites suck for length and for google hits.
But what I like about them is that I can develop them myself quite easily: just slap some referral links on there and go.
And even if they aren't worth much today, I suspect that most of them will be worth something in the medium-term future.
Any appraisals?![]()
$0.00 / all
DrWho, I've noticed that your appraisals are always extremely low, usually $0, and virtually never have a word of hope, encouragement, or constructive advice attached.
Would you say that is an accurate description of your appraisals?
sorry to say but i have to agree about this DrWho- your last couple of appraisals for me all had $0.00 / all too
i think there all quite good actually - commissions is a good term to have
i wouldnt say there too long either
Thanks fonzerelli. I don't think clear commercial names can ever be totally worthless.
I will try to find your thread to see if I can lend an appraisal...
The plural kills it for me as commissions are tasks that you are ordered to do. I'm not sure commission as in "get money for selling something" has a plural. You tend to say affiliates commission as the plural.
Thanks but I like the plural. Commission sounds like a panel of judges or something, or orders as you say. Commissions is much more clear for what I intend.
Also commissions is plural because it is implicit that you're going to be talking about more than one commission source.
I'm not sure about the "s" niether, it sounds a bit strange.
When I used to send out Agency Commission Invoices ( did it for 15 years ) I don't think I have ever used it in a plural tense.
It was always " Agency Commission for the Month of... " even though it was for a variety of projects which we earned commission on.

But when you get more than one commission check simultaneously, can't you call it commissions?
The idea is to enrol in more than one program...
Not that I don't value your advice; I will be thinking a LOT about it for sure.
It just sucks because I thought commissions was better and still do for MY purposes. It's what I'm more comfortable with for building the websites myself.
When in doubt go with the Google hits, I guess: the google hits are 10x more for commission than commissions, but I strongly believe that has to do with the order/duty/panel definition of commission, such as Federal Trade Commission. You don't search for something like that and even click on a site like what I'm talking about.
and yet 10x more google hits is a lot..... (sigh)

And BTW Tipply it's nice to hear from you again; sorry about the weird PM I sent.
I would say to go ahead and set them up as Affiliate sites and see what happens.
Not that its much but, chances are you will cover the reg cost on each, it just takes one refferal and you've turned a profit.
Mike
I got tired of debating it and registered webmastercommission.com and websitecommission.com.
Rats; have to learn self-control a bit more...
