The .info's as they are at the minute seem to be hard to put a price on recently I have had lots of offers for this sort of domain starting from $250 up.
I guess that it all comes down to what you are offered and if you want to hold the domain with the future in mind or take the cash and run. Been having the same dilemma myself.
