Contagion Movie - Avian Flu Talk.com

[Pandemic]

This one is a little complicated. There is a movie called Contagion that comes out Sept 9th, and it's a reality horror movie regarding a bird flu pandemic. Here is the trailer: www.ContagionMovie.com

Anyway, my question is, after the movie is released what will my domain name of Avian Flu Talk.com be worth? It's the only website in the world regarding a bird flu pandemic and I launched the forum 6 years ago. It's fully developed.

Will the movie increase the value? and what is the value?

I applaude your vision and creativity with the forum .......In my opinion though, the amount of interest that could spike in your forum as a result of the movie would be limited to the long term popularity of the movie and I don't see this movie as being a long term favorite.
You would be better served to take advantage of your current and expected user base as a result of the production and media hype and enhance your site with social networking features that will appeal to the user base that has interest in these end of the world type of subjects.

Good advice regarding if the movie were to be a long term favorite. Could be decent for continual small traffic in the future. I was curious to what the name or site would be worth, although someone would have to be a little crazy to want to buy that site I suppose. It's basically a no win. If i wait to have an avian flu pandemic to cashout, there will be nobody around to buy it lol.

I guess i'll sit on it until we have the next pandemic. Already into the thing for 6 years. I actually bought swineflu.org for $8.99 in April of 2009. Those sites are my curse.
