Hi. Please help me appraise this domain. I have seen online appraisals from $54 to $450,000. Original asking price was $75,000. I am thinking $5,000 as you still need to build a business around a name like this.

Falls into the category-killer definition. Single word, hot industry, easy to spell, easy to remember, dotcom and industry is related to expensive equipment. I'd say it's not the kind of domain that gets spontaneous offers, but needs to be actively promoted to realize its value.
