Hey, I would like an appraisal on CoreyintheHouse.com.

This is a typo of the new disney show Cory in the House.

The show has only had 1 episode out so far so traffic should increase exponentially as this new disney show gets popular.

Current traffic is about 55 daily uniques a day and it is increasing daily. I expect it to be 70+ tommorow since its 2nd episode is coming out tommorow on disney.

Please appraise this domain for me. Thanks

What's the revenue like?

Chances are the domain will lose 90% of its value when the show finishes, so try and get the most out of the traffic while it lasts.

well im not too good with parking them so its currently on sedo making only .02 per click on keyword disney. but geting about 15-20 clicks a day, very high click rate.

As for the show ending, only 1 has come out so far, 21 episodes are left, 1 per week, meaning 2 more years it will have new episodes every week. Also, disney shows always maintain their popularity for about a year or 2 more after they stop geting new episodes since they rerun the episodes many many times even after they dont have any more new ones.

In a couple weeks, I expect traffic to hit 200-300 daily uniques per day.

So basically if you got 80 clicks on that traffic and had a nice parking with nice keyword, u can do 80 clicks x .10cents atleast which is about $8 per day. But traffic shouldnt stop there, it will continue growing as does the show.

nice calculations there - your domain is making $0.30 per day currently but you think it will soon be making $8 daily...why do you need appraisals, you seem to know EXACTLY what will happen.

and 1 episode per week with 21 episodes does not equal 2 years, lol.

well its actually been flunctuating around .30 per day - $1 per day with this traffic. but lately it has dropped to .02 per click but clicks up to around 20 now so its making about .40 per day.

I never said I can make $8 if i kept it in current position, but if I or someone else changed the keywords, or parker, im sure it can make more than .02 per click, was guessing it could get atleast .10 per click which seems pretty reasonable for a disney domain.

update: also, i think this can do even better if someone trys to develop it into a fansite or something. imo

hey, just read that there will be 22 episodes for the first season only. disney will add more seasons if the show is popular which as of right now, looks like it is. so this domain has a lot of traffic to come.
