the word is spanish for "coast" so possible useage by real estate agents or travel agents in nearly any coastal area--

The word costa returns 59 million results in Google, its a widely used term in europe when it comes to Med holiday...as in Costa Del Sol, Costa Dorada...Costa Brava etc. Sorry I didn't explain what Costa meant.
