I don't see a lot of money in these. They are topical, but who would they be marketed to?
Don't let the reg fee appraisal get you down. thermonuclear.com .org and .biz are active websites. Register the .info and you've cornered the market on the TLDs. Next person that wants a site like the rest has to come to you or the .net owner. All TLDs are taken for pacifism and several with sites so you should be ok there to.
I'm not one to give you a dollar amount but if it makes you feel any better I sold a reg fee appraisal domain at auction sunday night for 5x that. Not much but it gives you the motivation to prove them wrong.
