    I've seen worse .de's go at sedo and eBay ..

    sedo now exists at Sedo.de as well, so go ahead and list it there.
    If you're patient, you could probably get €200+.

    Only my opinion though and based on what I've seen so far in regards to .DE domain name sales.

    I tried to buy a .de a while back, but if you aren't residing in germany, you can't buy the name. Same as a .us...can't supposedly buy thoses either unless u.s. resident.

    i think if your gonna go for a forgien extention, then the domain name should be in that language.
