Lemon.ws - who would use this? Lemon growers? Attorneys looking for car lawsuits? If you come up with an end user, it will be easier to assess the value. (.ws domains haven't been doing too well lately.)
Diploma.cc - I like this one better. A lot of people take "correspondence courses" [or "correspondence classes"] - learning by mail. Both of those phrases have the acronym cc, so a correspondence school could advertise that people can earn diplomas this way. Just a thought. (Sorry, don't have a good idea of dollar value, but well below $1,000 ....)

I agree with last post. lemon is a premium word, but .ws extensions are not selling well at all. I don't think the .ws takeoff, but if you develop maybe into a citrus website, or lemon law for autos, it could have some significant value.
I think diploma has more potential with better ext. maybe low-mid xxx until developed.

It seems like good, one-word .cc domains are selling for about $100 on Afternic lately:
actors.cc $75
drinks.cc $75
sticker.cc $80
hike.cc $115
OnlineCollege.cc $100
Stats.cc has a $99 bid, Prototype.cc $75, tofu.cc $100, Flags.cc $100
That's a pretty good set of data for the resellers market.
