Need an appraisal for dnguide.net, I'm thinking maybe mid to low xx?
Well maybe about $7.99 to $9.99, whatever you paid for it. Alot of people have been trying to sell DN names around here recently with little success. I think anyone who would want that domain would have to be a domainer, and a domainer would want the .com. Incidentally, someone posted DNGuide.com for sale (or for an appraisal, can't remember) just last week.

so with the .com selling for a high price your saying the .net its just a reg fee, right.

Sadly, when you have an industry-oriented .com (in our case, dnguide.com is currently on sale here) the .net becomes of secondary importance, as it's tagged to the .com in terms of content etc. Now, if the keyword were generic, that'd be a different story.
So, reg fee - or sell it to petrosc, owner of the .com
