Funny story behind this domain, but what do you say it would be worth?
I think you have a decent name there. If you put some information with benefits of registering early and/or FAQ's I think you would get some decent traffic. Although, most government sites are .gov or .mil the .com in my opinion wouldn't devalue the name in any way.
