Yo, dude, yeah man, it sure looks like you really do need some help.
Nearly anything is possible, but given the way your question was phrased, your ability to acheive your apparent goal seems less so.WAZZZUUUPPPP! i need to develop this domain
Why don't you try looking at http://www.openssl.org/ - spend some time reading the documentation and begin educating yourself on encryption. Then, you can try to figure out how to set up your own trusted SSL cert provider on it. Once you have accomplished that, perhaps you may have enough background to begin developing your site into something.
Encryption is more than a bit complex, which is why, in great part, so many folks get that deer in the headlights look when one ever talks about it.
Even those who are involved in that industry have their challenges with encryption. For example, until quite recently, one major provider was apparently still using a compromised method to encrypt their certs. Not to worry though, browser providers cannot even agree on the specifications for how to handle such things as wildcard encryption technologies, with IE and Safari doing one thing while Opera and Firefox do another (and in the latter case, actually the right thing based on reading the RFCs on such things properly) - doh!
Since you happen to have the name and seem to be less than well educated on the topic at hand, why don't you simply hawk SSL cert providers with affiliate programs on it? It seems easier than the course I outlined above and probably a whole lot faster for you to implement.
FWIW, most folks here (and I think domainers in general) do not place a premium value on .ws (which I think is too bad, but the .ws registrar seemingly got a bad rap early on because of problems with spam and I don't think ever really totally recovered from it). Meaning, if you are simply trying to sell your domain, undeveloped, you won't get much for it.
