    does the govt have rights to not let people do money sites like that? i doubt it. they want people to collect and spread the word.

    Not only are they allowed to, they encourage it. First the put like a $400 penny into each state or city to circulate to encourage coin collection. Then they produce these state quarters that everyone is trading and selling
