What kind of a site were you going to develop it into?

Domain development - SEO, Lead Acquisition, Quality Content & Design, CMS, Much More...
Initially the idea was to make a site where users sent replies in why we should send them 50$ dollars or what they would do for $50. Basically whoever had the best idea we would send $50 to whenver the contest ended. I was going to have weekly contests.
I think that ammount of people that came to post around 100 words on why they deserved the free money would bring in a ton of traffic and advertisement.
I still strongly believe in the idea, but I have no time to develope it.
