SilentG is letting you know that the reference "FB" is trademarked
too, and as for the 20K names, that you say feature the reference,
many of them are skating on thin ice.
Siding with a large group of fools doesn't suddenly indemnify you
from prosecution you know...
I haven't checked what classifications Facebook have TM'ed, for the
ref. "FB", but generally speaking you should be ok using the ref. if
you're not engaging in Social Networking in any way. I suspect a
large percentage of that 20K number you quoted, however, will be
using their domain in connection with Facebook and they are putting
themselves at risk, legally.
