What could it be worth undevelopped?

not bad..alot more than reg fee for sure..this type of domain might sell nicely on ebay as I have recently seen some similiar get bid up quite nicely by motivated buyers looking for this type of name..

i.e. - not concerned so much with the ext but more the keyword

It is from Niue, it's an island.
The domain is particularly popular in Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Belgium, as the word in Danish, Swedish and Dutch for "now" is nu.

But as said interesting because of the nu in other countries as well. I live in Belgium, but would go for a dutch name combined with .nu. Otherwise you are mixing 2 languages.

Niue is what we call in the netherlands a 'belastingparadijs', I don;'t know the exact word in english but it would be something like 'taxparadise' or 'fiscal paradise'.
They have low or in some cases no tax.
