These are names that look tlike they have value, but in realiity are worth zero. They don't get traffic, and it is hard to believe that someone would want to develop a serious site on any of them. Be careful in this area. These alternate extentions are generally tremendous black holes. If I were you I would stick to dotcom.

there likely is a a law firm who would pay $5k + for it, otherwise it may not be possible to get much more than low xxx here

He could send emails until the end of time and will never get 5K from a law firm. I guess all things are possible in life. The .biz extentsion is an amateur extention. It just didn't take off many years ago like some thought it might. Just because theortically someone might possiblty pay 5k for something in the world does not mean much.

I think the name is worth very low XXX, at best, and I don't think he could get $200 for it if he ran it through threads here for months. I might be wrong.....there might be someone who would pick it up here for very low XXX. It is the type of name that might trap someone into buying it, but it would just sit there forever not getting traffic, and it would take hours and hours worth of effort to even try to get lucky and sell for not much more than that.

To the OP, good luck with the names. I hope you prove me wrong on this.

I meant mathematically there is a law firm, perhaps one who specializes in business cases - they may snatch it for 5k. Maybe a show biz lawyer?.Most law firms would not want the lowly extension -very true

I agree if he sent emails the 5k number is less possible, if one comes to him that is of course better.

Maybe dev it instead of praying for a miracle sale?

$100 - $200 is a good price for it on dnf

$250 is my appraisal on the DN.

If developed it can be a nice return though.

We pretty much agree, I think. I believe there are certain names where if you found the right end-user you could get paid, but I just don't see it with this extention, so I didn't want the OP to get his hopes up, since the odds are seriously low that he can ever get 1k.

Low XXX seems to be right.

    Interesting comments by vintaged+regulars here.

I was just going through the threads started by all in this thread and found many of the domains asking price for 2 to 3 keywords with low conversion value very interesting (some were upto mid $xxxx as bin) and for 1 2character org again very interesting (low $xxxx) - contradictory..!

But then, again this is what domain selling is all about. Different opinions based on the experience and thought process...

If i would have had this name - which i should say >> very nice name!
if commercially explored with proper domaining SEO technique can return easily x times your renewal fees ,
I would have sold it min @ $4000 , till that, would have keep renewing it.
