I have owned the domain name Forum66.com since 2005. I in the past I used it for a forum Hosting website, but it has been left unused for the last few years.

However recently I have been approached by someone who is very keen to purchase it and has offered high $xxx. As I was curious why that may be, I Googled Forum66 only to find out it is the name given to two 'supertall skyscrapers' currently under construction in China.

As it is difficult and subjective to value a domain name like this, and I know embarassingly little on the subject, I was hoping on some advise.
