Fuji is a trademark domain so it has no value..

I would also be careful having camera/photography ads on the parked site. That is benefiting from someone's trademark.

Fuji is also the name of a mountain, though.

OK but only if you are trying to sell a competing product. The term Apple overall is not forbidden from being used to name any type of product.

Fuji.ws coule easily, for instance, be a site about tourism and Mt. Fuji.

.ws is worthless. TM or not. I do agree that a site about MT Fuji would be fine though... Just don't try to sell any film / cameras on it.
All offers good for 72 hours except running auctions

This is my point...its not a site about Mt Fuji, its a parked site full of camera ads that is blatantly infringing on their trademark

I'm not going argue anymore but you are in the wrong and they have the right to sue you if they wanted to..simple as that

Maybe read through the legal section and you will see how TM's work

    That's where the problem is.

The name is virtually worthless ($xx at most) as it is being a .ws, but "fuji" is generic enough of a term which, if resolving to a simple "This domain may be for sale" page, is unlikely to encounter trademark issues.

More specific terms such as iPod, Microsoft, Powershot, etc., would be much more likely to cause trouble.
