Looking to sell this domain name and looking at value appraisals.
It has been registered for many years and I am the only owner. Currently points to a friends e-commerce site.

I think you will need to get lucky. I haven't Googled the name, but it seems to me that the "s" in Games eliminates the value. At the very least it is awkward, even if technically correct. Good luck.
