I would say $xx,xxx resale value...

However if you developed it I easily believe you could make over $100,000+ a year off it. Thats one of the best domains I have seen.

What this could be is monumental and huge.

Sounds like there is some fat cash to be had in this online gaming niche. It would be totally awesome to build out a MMORPG on Gangsters.com much like WOW has with WorldofWarcraft.com.
