Three word domain names with non dot com extension rarely get type in traffic, regardless of search volume for the word combination. Expect no parking income to cover registration fees. Millions of three word non dot com domains with similar keyword search volumes are unregistered. This large unregistered pool exerts strong downward price pressure on similar registered names.

Ignoring traffic, there is no evidence of broad aftermarket demand for three word non dot com names. The names can be developed but any branding success will benefit the dot com owner. The dot com has been registered since 2005 and that registrant has saved approximately $160 by choosing not to register the net, org, info, biz and us at the same time.

Google loves keyword domains

Google loves keyword domains easy seo for gas price history.

I could have it in the top ten in two weeks

redirecting these all to 1 would get google to rank highly.

what is value in top 10

Google top 10 ranking would add value to these names or any of the millions of similar unregistered names. A quick search found an unregistered name, findcheapgas.biz, with higher keyword search numbers:

find cheap gas
WT = 2677
G = 3346
Y = 961
MSN = 418

gasoline price history
WT = 1351
G = 1689
Y = 485
MSN = 211

About the previous post:

ONE THING is TOP TEN
ANOTHER THING is TOP TEN for highly searched phrases
and ANOTHER THING is getting any traffic
and ANOTHER THING is high traffic from those phrases
and ANOTHER THING is ANY INCOME from such traffic

Even in that case, it doesn't change the INTRINSIC VALUE of domain alone, which is very, very low, unless it had a boatload of truly effortless and truly monetized traffic.
