I like this name. The market for pregnancy materials, news, aids, etc.... is pretty good. You should try to find a variety of fertility clinics and see if you can market the name for sale to them. You will have to do some home work, prepare a presentation brochure, and do a targeted mailing. The .org extension hurts, but I don't think it is killer to your domain because of the medical association.

As for value my guess is as good as anyones, but I think just the name alone is in the mid-low $xxx, but with some content, marketing, and perhaps the development of a forum, you might be able to get that up to the mid-$x,xxx range.

It's great name!

Very specific market.
People spend tons of $ to get pregnant.
.org could be as valuable as .com in this case I think.

Those clinics and their patients have deep pockets.
I would say low to mid ##,###.

But, again, what do I know ;-)
