Getting interest on "AlbertaBuilder(s)(.)com"

I have been getting few offers on my AlbertaBuilder(s) com
Offers are coming in in low to mid XXX

I actualy almost sold it for mid XXX

I started thinking there is a good Chance I could get enduser for this one and ask for $5k+

What you guys think / suggest I am open to opinions

If they bid xxx it might be a reseller.
Do you know who the buyer is or are they anonymous.

I don't see a reason to pay more than $1500 unless their biz name EXACTLY matches domain name.

Since its quality is that of hand-regged domains, I'd be happy to get $620. I would try to squeeze $1200 (after escrow fees) regardless the buyer is enduser or reseller.

The odds it is an exact match is good.
I don't care to look up the population of Alberta but if its big I would ask for $3000.
This is why you set a buy it now price to enforce what you want.
So now you got someone bidding low and your being squeezed.
You have to have a minimum price in mind and be ready to walk away.
If they want it bad they will counter. You might end up around $2000

You have left AlbertaBuilder(s).ca available, with Alberta being regional, personally, I like .ca better then .com here. If your serious about your domains interest wouldn,t it be wise to reg them? Those who read this, please give him time to reply, if he has considered this, and if no interest then whatever As of 3:30 mtn time, they are available.

He is right, might be more of a vanity domain to go with exact business domain, lots of oil money feeding the construction industry out there though...

I havE turned down 3 offers of low and mid xxx I won't sell for less then $2500 I can wait I know someone will come for this name.
