    I would do this:

    right an email and send it to the top laser-producers in the world (they make hefty ammounts of money of their machinery), and say you have an offer for 9.5k.
    Im sure you can get more from someone.
    Else, sell

    I would take it. Depressed market right now. Think of how you can use that money to buy more domains in this market. I sold netbets.com for a lot less than I thought I could get for it...but I'll use that money and buy more domains...
