I love .info names for geo sites... I would say high $xxx to a reseller but best to build a minisite (city demographics, pages with hotel & resto links) to make a proof of concept for a potential buyer.

I think that is a somewhat of a tourist attraction, it might be good idea to develop see how it does. As for value as is it's ("dealers choice") someone might want it bad and you could potential get low x,xxx
