somebody has offered $100 for hell.cc I won't accept it.
I know .cc domain names aren't worth all that much right now but do you think .cc dictionary word domain names may improve in value over time?
Also what do you think istate.net and ipick.org are worth?
thanks,
Zaf
It is a good offer, most .cc (better one words) sell for under $100, I don't think these will improve in value. I think iState.net is in the low to mid $xxx range and iPick.org low $xxx.
$100 seems like a good price for that domain. Excellent .cc keywords can be bought for $xx, and I don't see them rising in value very soon.
The other two domains you mentioned aren't much more than reg fee; maybe mid-$xx at best.

Agree $100 is well over value. I would jump on it.
iF the Dot.CC were cheap to renew, I'd say hang on to it. Otherwise spending $35 per year for renewal fee's will out pace the slow increase in value over time.
However if made into a nice full blown website a different story.
I'd say sell to end user, $100 is a fair price.
the offer has gone up to $200 now, simply because i haven't responded to the original offer
Great offer, should be able to get $250
Most of the offers cycle ends in the first offer, the rest in the second offer and few goes till the end (closeout)
decide... it is good offer and you can use this money somewhere else.
Buying your .net.in, .co.in, .in cctlds. Generics (Preferred) OFFER NOW
$200 is fair imo.
I sold faq.cc after yrs of holding for low $xxx - as it was Not appreciating in value, and I don't think they will. I also had tv.cc for yrs and sold for low $XXXX just not long ago.
.anything is coming soon, which will flood the market with more extensions and leave .cc even further devalued imo. Get out now! (hehe)

I own xrated.cc, and believe in time these premium names will increase in value. I doubt they will exceed $1000, but suspect they will get near that value within the next 3 years. Seems to me worth the wait.
Don't waste my time & I won't waste yours.
I've watched .cc domains for over 6 years, used to think that the good keywords would appreciate slowly over time but .cc seems to be in an endless holding pattern. $200 is a decent offer, unless you have plans for the name or prefer to keep it. Some great .cc keywords sell for low xxxx from time to time, usually depends on a buyer turning up who just wants it for some reason.

.cc has been around for at least a decade now and most people have still never even heard of it, it's never going to be a valuable extension.
Sometimes a supreme industry specific keyword will sell for more than $xx.
i accepted the $200 offer but the interested party hasn't gotten back to me, perhaps he's reading these postsoh well i'll just hang on to the name
hm maybe, but not likely to find anything hell.better for around $200
