I'm wondering how much can I get selling this domain:
HomeLoansCredit.com

- 69.700.000 search results on google for "home loans credit"
- Sedo free appraisal tells me that it's in $5k to $10k
- Estibot tells me $1.7k

It's undeveloped and I have no intent to develop it.

you probably will have a hard time selling because imo, it's just mixed up words in an unused phrase.

you could fetch a pretty penny to the right end user.

google adwords puts it at 90,500 global monthly search volume, with an estimated cpc of $19.89,not a bad keyword domain.Hold until you find the right buyer.You could get low to mid $x,xxx imo.
