Cogito, ergo sum!
clever? not really
worth anything? nope...
Gotta agree... domains with dashes are hard enough to remember. Can you imagine explaining this one without the aid of seeing it in print? LOL
Agreed. Save your money.
Why register these type of domains?

Let me bring to your attention that giving out your website address or e-mail address when it's called "hip hyphen fen" or "hip dash fen" or "h y p hyphen/dash p h e n" is a pain in the you-know-what.Originally Posted by Matvey-2901
This is the furthest thing from a memorable, meaningful name, whether you wanna say hyphen or dash.
In the thread its messed up I wrote HYP-PHEN.com when its HYP-HEN.com

And Matvey, I don't mean to sound harsh, but I GOT why you thought it was clever, you didn't need to explain it.Originally Posted by Matvey-2901
Doesn't mean it makes for a good, marketable, easy to remember, searchable keyword, domain name.

It's the most difficult task appraising made up names as they dont fall directly under most of quantitative/qualitative categories (as OVT, Google , etc., importance of topic, language construction to some extent). Usually, a buyer falls in love with such a name (or not) and decides to pay less or more for it.
In short: I dont see any reason this name is smart, I dont see any new and original concept emerging from this name (i.e. if someone takes 'blog' and 'encyclopedia' and coins a new term: 'blogopedia', a new concept arises from this construct - we can call it creative, original, bringing extra-semantics to our 'domain language'If someone uses hyphen in well-known name, i.e. o-zone, so I can call it smart usage of dash for 'optimist zone' concept, 'oncology zone', etc. For 'hyp-hen' (an artificially hyphenated word), the idea of making a hyphenated word only to emphasize that the hyphen is there according to the meaning of original word, is not enough to call it good or valuable.
