newjerseyhomesales is long, but you do have a buyer. I have been in similar situations. Start at $2500.00. For this price, they will want high traffic history. If you do not have traffic, I cannot see this going for more than $250.00. But worth a shot. I just sold a domain in a similar situation for $350.00. I was happy with that.

I would target $300 - $500. Start higher and leave yourself room on the backend.

    Best of luck!

$2,500 might scare them away - so don't insist on it. On the other Real Estate people do know how to bargin and hagle. Make $400 your firm min.

Good luck and tell us how it goes.

Can u rent my friends summer home in s.belmar for the winter? Do u have sales listings in belmar area? cool. Also, be careful of approach. possible cybersquat, as they are incorporated as the name you own, and they were inc'ed before you bought the name. But since you are in the biz, i think you are ok.

You got'em hook, line and sinker!

BTW, be sure to indicate that you were not planning on selling the name to any one, but they are free to submit an offer for your consideration.

Otherwise they could just pay $1500 and take you to WIPO.

What is the commission on ONE moderate New Jersy home sold because of a potential www.newjerseyhomesales.com lead?
