That appraisal was crack.I appraise this domain for high $xx range undeveloped. It's a .net; really lowered its value, but good keyword domain nevertheless!
Reg fee. The day of ISP's has long passed. Nowadays cable corporations and CLEC's/Phone companies rule the game.
