Very tough name.
Presently reg fee. There are many reasons I say this.
First, I think the "i' thing is past it's prime. I could be wrong but that is my opinion. Plus, what does it say? Quote what?
Now, the good news.
It is so generic, that it has several applications.
I QUOTE stock market quotes
I QUOTE a literary site
I QUOTE a trivia site for stuff like "Who said, ....?"
I QUOTE a place where term papers are posted and college students download ideas or the whole paper. Not ethical and permitted. But what the hell, they do it anyways and there are plenty of sites offering this service...either free or most charging healthy sums of money. DISCLAIMER: I do not advocate cheating or plagerism
That is why to me it is very difficult to appraise as it does have many viable applications. It is the enduser and what they intend to use it for that will determine its true worth (not a very profound statement as this is the case with all domain names).
Perhaps you should consider the possibilities yourself and potentially develop and market it as you see fit.
Personally, stock market related is so ideal to the .mobi crowd on the go. You may want to see what STOCKS.MOBI sells for and then you'll have a better understanding of why this may be a good fit. The final price could elevate this domain name's value significantly.

Clafication...the "i" thing refers to the "i" being added to everything and anything that was popular a few years ago simply for the sake of trying to get a piece of the pie...itoys.com, iForums.com, iThis.com, iThat.com, iAnything.com. Thank You all for your opinions. I hear what you are saying circa, and I agree to a certain extent. I do believe that there is one thing that will contribute to the rebirth of the popularity of the "i" in front of things again courtesy of the good folks at apple inc.
I will admit though that I had never even heard of an Iphone when I regged it back in Oct of 06
