Had a few low ball offers in last few months. (<$500)
Obviously trargeted at UK IT Maintenance market which is massive.
Traffic low but growing slowly, approx 30 uniques per day.
Interested in views on value.

My first comment in another’s thread so please take with a pinch of salt...
The website came up 5th in Google when googling for IT Maintenance. I don't think your links from site do you any good. For example http://boysfootball.com/Soccer/ could have had a better picture and looks quite dated.
I like the domain name but don't think it is worth much more than you have been quoted.
Hopefully others will have a more optimistic view.
