I myself would have passed on this name. I think it would be hard to sell.

Why would this be hard to sell?
jobtech.org & .us are available
I personally like JobTek.net, because the .net is a powerful symbol for networking. The .org and .us, just don't seem appropriate. I think .net in this case beats out every other Tld; except for .com, with .info running 3rd. Just my opinion once again.

"Was this a good catch? or a "dud" using the Tek?"
The latter. Once again, it's a misspell. Sorry, but I hope that helps. Good Luck.
This is a misguided appraisal--albeit from the owner--for a domain that is boasting a dotnet versus any other extension with the three variables defining as two words verus one, mis-spell, and obscure extension (as far as recognition against the worldwide dotcom). Regardless of ranking every extension in whatever manner you please, there needs to be recognition with a domain owner and the domain's own money-making abilities. This can save money and time. Think wisely before you register.Originally posted by garyted51

Get an imagination, or be left in the dust!
anyone else have opinion on this name?
"This can save money and time. Think wisely before you register."
Familiar theme, Garyted. Yet, YOU continue with your, "Get an imagination, or be left in the dust!" retorts! WHY??? :(
For Godness sake, Garyted .... GRAB THE DANG LIFE PRESERVER!!
Good Luck.
GT51, do you buy names to setup and promote and then sell? Or are you looking for a domain name that will sell for a million bucks and then you retire?
It seems like you have a decent amount of working capital to register names. I suppose eventually you will stumble upon a name that will pay for all your previous registrations.
