Drop it...close the book on it..........where did you get the idea that you could capitalize on the branding and marketing of others.......I realize you are very new to the domain arena but take the time to read and get educated with the TM regulations that are very accessible and easy to understand.....Just a peice of advice that may keep you out of legal and financial difficulties as you pursue other domain properties........Take it or leave it.
