I am looking for an appraisal/opinion for the domain Knowly.com. I have had some offers in the past around $XXX range.

I think the name is great for a Knowledge based Web 2.0 site or QA site. Thoughts?

This is a really subjective name. I can see where someone might like it, but it doesn't do much for me. XX reseller, and honestly I would have taken even a low XXX for it, but if you have really had some offers for it, maybe you should try for more.
