Alot of my dnforum buds said to try parking but I am confused on how you take the stats and use them in a sale. If It made $10.69 last month alone what the is basic equation used on a sale? 3-7 years income? Any help on an appraisal would be helpful. I don't want to let this go to cheap.

Well, if you did a revenue model, $10 x 12 mos x 5 years = $600

Of course, you could decrease or increase the years depending on how bad you want to sell it or how much you want to get for it.
