Fare enough. I will take offers and if the BIN is hit, I would be happy with it.
Having appraisals doesn't mean I'm going to change my bin. Just seeing what it should be worth.
I have an estibot appraisal, but don't know how accurate that is. My bin is far under it.
Can't list the name in appraisal and for sale at the same time.
