I don't think I'd sell it now for anything other than an amazing offer. I'm going to try and build a mini-site around it and get it to rank for all of the above terms. It will be my first foray into non-parking my domains.

Would you mind quoting the range you would be willing to pay, so I have some idea of reseller value? If things don't work out with the mini-site, I'll be in touch at a later day more than likely.
