hi
motels are not so popular, and rarely need booking. So enduser value is low.
Obviously the cliche answer would be go the development route, but its up to you if you want to spend precious time or cash on an mediocre keyword, when you can be developing other gems.

The domain is decent, but not great.

The main problems I see are these

- Motel is not a popular term like Hotel, and normally indicates a lower class place.
- The singular tense is much less popular than the plural
- Not a great fit in .ORG

It does have decent search volume and CPC. I see 27 Google Advertisers for the exact term.

It is probably worth owning for Reg Fee, but I don't see a ton of end user value as there are too many alternative options to end users.
