$10k to $20k reseller? Obviously, you have no clue about the domain market.
CamGirls.com MANY camgirl sites making up to $1,000,000 per day ~ Appraisal = $x,xxx
Social.com Comparison Only - Not brandable - Not generic - No revenue model ~ Appraisal = $10Million+++
why don't you read the whole thread and the original appraisal
it mentions
1M+
500K
100K
10-20K
It's been explained too many times, end of subject
read the whole thread and you'll see the appraisal hasn't changed once
the appraisal hits 3 levels of potential buyers
end of subject
PS hahaha SEO is of no value to bricks and mortar businesses, spoken like a true domain name speculator, hahaha, SEO and SEM is what every company is trying to accomplish on the net, not cute domain names no one looks for

I love it. So it's worth $0 to $infinityThat covers all bases.
Thanks for the laugh ("hahaha").
let's rename the member levels here
instead of gold, platinum, exclusive
we will be level 1, level 2, level 3
some potential buyer contacts you
so you ask him about his "level"
and then tell him the price (according to his level)?
are you an end user?
ok, the price is 500k
are you a reseller?
yes
really?
i swear
ok, then the price is 10k
this is how you do it?
Forgot one![]()
-Are you an idiot?
-Yes.
-Ok, there's no value as there's no paid results in Google.
Here's your original appraisal
100K
10K to 20K wholesale
I doubt it's a 1M range domain, but it may be
No it's completely different. Now you are saying $100K wholesale and $1M+.Then you have a 50% range, developer value, and then you have the high value, END USER, anyway, it's a forumula we used for years, and 100K is the max I see on it as a sale to another domain speculator, if a developer gets an interest in it, 50% of end user value, or 500K and if an end user wants it, 1M+.
Exactly what I said in my original 'estimate' of appraisal.
Then you came up with the brilliant $10K - $20K wholesale fire sale, to justify your original appraisal.
CamGirls.com MANY camgirl sites making up to $1,000,000 per day ~ Appraisal = $x,xxx
Social.com Comparison Only - Not brandable - Not generic - No revenue model ~ Appraisal = $10Million+++
actually, you have like 10 levels of domain values
and each value has 3 levels of buyers
that's the appraisal level we use and we get paid to do them
links.com is a level 3 out of 10 levels
a valuable domain, but not the top levels of domains
why?
it's not a major industry keyword with companies buying the phrase
yet, it's a 'brandable' keyword like thousands of others
no big deal, really
yet, a nice domain
so, level one would be domains with a value of 5M+ as to raw value of the name only
5M to 10M
level two is 2M to 5M
level three is 1M
like my original appraisal said 1M
a level 3 domain
out of 10 levels, that's not bad, but no big deal
they're actually 'common' in the overall picture of domain names
level 1 is rare, level 2 is not too rare and level 3 starts to be a common level of a valuable domain name
now, the appraisals we do recognize there's 3 levels of buyers for each domain, and yes, that's how 'you do it'
end user is 100% of the value, so a level 3 is a 1M+ range domain to an end user, but links.com has problems in my opinion, so the MAYBE on 1M+ in my original post
500K is the value it should be worth based on what you all are harping on, it's a 'cool' or 'cute' brandable (easy to remember) keyword
it sure is, and so are thousands of others
now 100K is the 3rd level, is it in my appraisal? yes
100K is the top end of the speculator market, what a domain name speculator would pay, but we understand that very few speculators have 100K to throw into a spec piece
so 10K to 20K is lowend of the spec market
10K to 100K speculator value
500K +/- 50% developer value
1M+ +/- 50% end user value
so it's not zero to infinity
it's 10K to 100K spec value
250K to 750K developer value
500K to 1.5M end user
now the numbers I threw out were
1M+ MAYBE (meaning a problem for end users due to something, later explained NO ONE BUYS IT AT PPC)
500K developed
100K low end
10to20K wholesale (should have said firesale)
so my original appraisal sticks and 95% of this thread is not appraisals but domain speculators trying to say someone who actually sells or arranges buys of domains like this all the time to end users doesn't know what he's talking about
I gave my opinion and it is based on my own experience as a seller or broker of such domains to end users and developers and even speculators
I could care less who buys a domain in most actions, why?, I'm the guy putting together end users or developers and even speculators usually with a handful of owners I've been dealing with for years
how many people own 200K domains in the world? not too many and yet they all know me, I deal with them all the time
I've bought tons of domains over the years in forums like this, most of the time for clients
I retired five years ago and have a new project that is about to be bought by a major company, I created a whole new business model that's making a ton of money in my local geo area
it either gets sold soon to a public company, or I expand the new business model into a few other major markets, then it's either sold to a major company or I put some freshly minted MBA's out in front and raise a boat load of money in an IPO
I'm not a newbie, I've been involved with all aspects of the commercial net since 1995 or so and I was involved with the original stuff decades ago too
I founded numerous software companies over 30+ years
I look at domains as what they are, no emotional strings like speculators have, it's a potential 'asset' for a business and you better be able to justify the cost of buying it via ROI or it's a waste of money
That all being said, there's a ton of people in this forum some with great assets and very few people like me, guys that actually do seo/sem/domain-acquisition for all levels of businesses
I did it for my own companies for years, sold a few things off, took off a while, then came back to create a new biz model to unload 200 geos I own to a major company
a few months later I proved my point, a new company that just started in SFL has kicked the cr*p out of all the major companies down here doing seo/sem/ etc
We target businesses using resellers like reachlocal and elocal and set them up with wholesale sem accounts, we do seo that knocks all the directories off of page one for their keywords, we acquire the keywords for their businesses
The bottom line is I'm making a boat load of money with a new business model and now I expand it into NY, CA, Canada, England, whereever
Then I knock on a few doors and say here it is in a big box with a pretty bow on it
You want it, give me X dollars or stock
They don't buy, I expand it fully into 100 or so markets that I already own the Geo keywords for and bingo, I put a couple of new MBA's in family out in front and raise a boatload of money in an IPO
then I go back to being retired and writing books and making movies
you can all say what you want, I deal in reality, domain names are merely pieces in a game of chess for a business, you develop them to get position in serps to out duel your competition
end of subject
that's how I look at them and that's how my clients buy them
now domain speculators look at them as paydays, I'm gonna get X dollars for this 'gem'
guess what, there's thousands of gems
links is a 'gem' with flaws, kinda like a gorgeous girl with genital herpes
hahaha
it sure looks good, but you may PAY if you touch it
links.com looks great, but, at some levels it may not be worth it, and at other levels it's a nice looking gem
again, I'm not here down talking it fdiwb or a client who wants it, as some may think
I'm starting to look around again in these forums, for clients needs and my own needs, so I'm here for that
If anyone wants to run a local market for me, run a team of 5 to 10 reps, doing what I did in SFL the past few months, you'll make a ton of cash, so hit my sig
Some of you here are great potential prospects to sell my services in your area, the bottom line I PUT BUSINESSES ON PAGE ONE in serps, I knock off the directories that hog all the top spots in most major cities for all the good keywords, I undercut SEM resellers like reachlocal etc with wholesale SEM accounts and of course I acquire domain assets for clients to control serps
Some of you have experience in selling domains, that's one of seven levels of things we do for businesses
So that expertise is desirable to me, some of you could be reps or medallion owners for what I'm doing the past few months in your market
If it's sold off to goog, yhoo or MS, cha ching, another payday for me
If not, it has IPO written all over it
Combining SEO with SEM and HD Video production and having local geo video portals and having the knowledge to suck up keywords for certain markets, is a part of what I'm doing and why I'm here
So bang the sig if you want to make money, and I DO KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, I get huge checks out of owners, lots of them
You want to learn how to do that? Hit my sig
Normally a medallion owner would need a nice credit line to get involved with me, but the right domain speculator has assets I like, keywords, so, I'm not looking for 'cash' but I am looking for guys that know domains to help me in a few major markets, and if you have domain name assets, lets talk
You can sit here now and say I know nothing, or say, wow, no wonder this guy makes the noise he's been making, he actually deals in this stuff with a lot of businesses
Anyway, if you're not in SFL I'm looking for guys that know domains and who have portfolios to join me and learn how to do what I'm doing in SFL in their market
FL is gone, but the rest of the planet is open
I have some nice geo keywords for most of the planet and a proven new business model, and it deals with SELLING domains to end users, so if you have a bunch of geo domains in your market, PM me, you're who I'm looking for here
ADONI
PS porn purveyor, you left out the 500K in original appraisal
so 1M+ (top end)
500K
100K
10-20K
ALL ARE IN MY ORIGINAL APPRAISAL and I'm not looking for anyone who deals in porn, so you don't need to bang my new sig, I'm looking for geo portfolio owners with geo+ keywords for major markets, my new business model cleans up in that area, geo+keywords is what my new business feeds off of, and the keywords must be business oriented not sex oriented you know like newyorklawyer(s) or losangelesdoctor(s) etc. Some of you folks own a ton of great geo+businesskeywords and my newest venture eats them up, so PM me or hit my sig, it could be a mutually profitable relationship, that's why I'm here, looking for a few geo+keyword owners to maybe partner up with since my newest venture feeds off of geo+keywords

porn purveyor I don't have a 'job' I own companies, I hire people, the bottom line is, I get paid BIG to do what I do, I put businesses on PAGE ONE, complete domination of page one for most clients, it's done with SEM and SEO and part of seo involves acquiring keyword geos for local clients, all you want to do is criticize an appraisal you don't understand, and you aren't putting in all the figures I had, I gave all of them
1M+
500K
100K
10-20K
Now why don't you just stick to your web cam porn and leave people who really know seo/sem/domainkeywords alone
adoni.us

Don't get offended, nobody agrees with your $10K appraisal. You've repeated the SEO value 10 times, but you really still don't get it. Check out the latest DNJournal report.

adoni.us gets way more than 50 visits a day porn peddlar
let's see your porn site is a total loser at alexa barely 1M (800K)
porn sites are supposed to be minimum 100K at alexa and the busy ones are all 1K at alexa
you can't even drive traffic to a porn site
adoni.us isn't promoted at all by my network of 300+ content sites, it's a corp site for mostly employees
and it's what 3M alexa, not bad for a low traffic corp site that's not promoted anywhere
