what should I develop it into?
Some stats service perhaps?
Or maybe a site where the user can upload raw logfiles from apache or a multitude of different programs and then you'll have a script that takes the data and puts it out in nice html's with graphics/charts.
Logfile Hosting is viable nowadays too.. Just get a server or two with huge harddrives.

How much can I sell the name for?
$100-200+, maybe more if you find the right buyer.. I'm sure there's been people that had have business ideas where Logged features as business name
But you'd make more if you developed it.
I'm thinking $200-$300 for this domain easily.. Possibly up to $500 to the right person.
