    LotteryStory.com... hmm. I don't really see any value in it. Maybe if you find a lottery winner who won the lottery and wrote a biography called the lottery story, then the domain might be worth something. Otherwise wah wah.

    I'm thinking the name can be used as a blog to someone that wants to win the lottery and plays regularly.

    I like the other idea better, write about actual lottery winners. There's lot of great stories about people who won a lottery and it destroyed their lives and they lost everything. Who wants to read a blog about someone wanting to win the lotto? How boring would that be? "Went out today and bought a ticket, didn't win".
