An actual sale amount is far more valuable than any appraisal, if you're trying to determine value.

So what you are saying is all the domains everybody owns are only worth what they paid for them.

The question i asked was for an appraisal/valuation, not to tell everyone were i purchased the domain.

When the domain has been advertised and in public auction and sold, then YES, the sale price is the current market value. While that may seem "silly" to you, that is how the world works, and nearly all real-world appraisals are based on actual real-world sales.

That's what an appraisal is, and an appraisal is what you asked for.

Very true about it being a great domain for a Sex/lovers guide.. or even a forum... something I would develop if I owned it...

I would value it $3k-5K undeveloped and more once developed.
