    Disagree, the .org is far from being a negative with medical names and is usually real popular. I know of medical and health names where the .org works just as well and perhaps even better vs .com. For example, sometimes you will see just the com and org registered and other tld's unregistered, depending on the niche of the health related domain.

    Couldn't hazard a price, but definitely has value (ie: not pocket change, but not a new house). I wouldn't know where to go about selling it, but I would think that there have to be companies specializing in handling medical records, especially with everyone moving away from paper. It may do well in auction, or it may be better to market it directly. I think the later would do better if you had the right approach. Not knowing a value to tell you, if it was mine I'd hold on to it until I was satisfied with the price....the term is not changing any time soon.
