In the UK people think the .ac is academic to they would believe men.ac is men.academic.

Well, take off three or four zeros from 1.3 M and you might have a legit price. I'd say mid $xxx myself.. I have NEVER seen .ac sell for a good amount. Maybe I have just not been looking, but I don't think it's a very lucrative extension.
I was only looking so sell it for $500+ so thankyou for the information.
