I would say its a bust.
Reason I say this is becaus there is a men's health magazine that has fully functional site with a forum where they get lot of traffic and it's well known.
You might have a little breading room here but I mean very little to sell this to someone who will develop this into medicinal site. Something in a way of illnesses man can have and so on. So that is a small window of opportunity there!
