Then you are not looking for an appraisal, but for external validation of your own thoughts and beliefs. Maybe my answer was too short, and lacks a deep analysis, but I am not only a domainer, but an MD, scientist and pharmacologist, and I have owned dozens of molecule names. Unless I developed them, their fate was always expiring worthlessly.

I am glad You posted a response in this thread again, and thanks for deep answer.
I have owned dozens of such domains(sites) too. I thought that some domains have good value and some not so valuable.
For example, sibutramine.net(it's not my domain) is for sale on sedo now and it has 6 bids and current price is $5000. I understand that Sibutramine is more popular than mitotane, but I noticed that mitotane is #1 Bestseller on prescriptiongiant.com
I also understand now it's not easy to sell this domain quickly at a good price, but maybe when site will be rankings between 1-5 on google I can sell it.
Mitotane gets around 800 exact searches in the US and around 2,400 global. My advice would be that you set up and affiliate with prescription giant or another company that is selling mitotane.. As for the domain value itself i would also put it in the low $xx
